Yes. Start and end of work and breaks are recorded systematically and tamper-proof - as required by the BAG-Urteil. For sectors under §2a SchwarzArbG, the time sheet per employee provides the documentation needed for inspections.
That's what kiosk mode is for: one tablet in the business, everyone clocks in with their personal PIN. Smartphone, browser and kiosk can be mixed freely - even per employee.
At month-end, the „Missing clock entries“ list flags open days, then Presio exports the payroll data for DATEV and Lexware, or as Excel and PDF - including break times.
