• ✓Request in the app: Anyone wanting to give a shift away asks the colleague directly - the answer arrives on the phone, not in the WhatsApp group.
• ✓Checked automatically: Presio checks every swap against rest periods, maximum working time and the qualification required for the workplace. What doesn't fit is never offered.
• ✓With or without approval: Configurable per company: the swap takes effect as soon as both agree - or only once the manager has approved it.

Made for your everyday work

• ✓One plan per event, not per week: Set-up, service and tear-down as shifts at the venue - past midnight too, and at three locations on the same day.
• ✓Casual staff and agencies together: Open shifts go by push to your own pool and through the partner interface to staffing agencies - their people count towards staffing.
• ✓Clocking in at the place of work: A geofence tells Presio which venue someone is clocking in at - the location sets itself, even without a signal on site.
• ✓Hours booked onto the event: Pick the event when clocking in; the report shows what each event cost in staff - including a budget per event.
• ✓The organiser signs off: After tear-down, show the QR code: the customer confirms the hours worked on their phone - recorded so it holds up, without an account.
• ✓Catching short-notice drop-outs: If someone cancels two hours before set-up, the shift goes straight to everyone suitable - first to accept is scheduled.
